This magnificent Finca has been completely renovated and maintains the true essence of a typical Ibizan country house. Here you can enjoy the peace of this beautiful house and its sea views from the living room, pool and terrace. This one-floor villa offers an area of approximately 400 m2 on a plot of 4,000 m2.
All 5 double bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms – totalling 6 bathrooms, 1 toilet and an outside bathroom with shower. The villa occupancy is 10+2. The layout of the house allows for maximum privacy, with three bedrooms having their own outside porch. The beds are twin sized with the option to make them king sized beds.
It enjoys an open plan living room area with a fireplace and an opening onto the main terrace. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with 2 refrigerators and a large outdoor freezer. It counts with several dining areas: one indoor and one outdoor dining area which holds 12 people as well as 2 outdoor tables near the barbecue area.
It’s large outdoor garden areas and terraces with lounges are perfect to enjoy with friends or to relax in. The barbecue area and outdoor kitchen lead to a shaded area of the garden where you can enjoy a meal or snack. One can also fully enjoy the tranquillity and privacy of the property in the yoga area. The property is completely fenced and has enough space to park several cars.
