Offering stunning vistas across the bay towards La Mola, the exterior of this home is impressive. Several large terraces and shaded chillout areas mean relaxation is close at hand whilst the roof terrace offers beautiful views and a secluded spot for sunset drinks.
When it all gets too hot, dive into the fabulous swimming pool and cool down before taking your spot on one of the sun loungers that frame its edge. The pool area even offers WiFi, so you can catch up on life whilst lounging around in the sunshine.
Inside the home, contemporary furnishings contrast with traditional styling, complemented by the colorful artwork which adorns the walls. The spacious lounge occupies the older part of the villa that was once a farmhouse and is filled with large, comfortable sofas and a mezzanine chillout area. Cooking is a joy in the fully equipped kitchen here, complete with a breakfast bar for casual dining, whilst formal dining space is also available, found adjacent to this area, in the dining room.
There are two double bedrooms with ensuite shower rooms as well as a bedroom with three single beds and a fourth pull out bed, also with an ensuite. The fourth bedroom is accessed by the internal courtyard and offers a single bed and bathroom – perfect for a staff member or young person.
