It has a perfect layout with two large panoramic glass doors that connect a terrace environment with the interior dining room. It has an outdoor dining room and swimming pool, designed to have a fabulous view of the surrounding wooded and rural environment. Each bedroom is equipped with a full bathroom, large closets and a door that opens onto a private terrace to enjoy the surroundings. The spacious kitchen and laundry room contain all new appliances and cooking utensils. The pool terrace is an ideal place to sunbathe, or simply to enjoy a cocktail and watch a magnificent sunset.
Can Migjorn is located on a 70.000m estate, with private access to the Migjorn beach of white sand and crystal-clear waters. Playa Migjorn is the longest beach of the island with an abundant and exclusive offer of restaurants, beach bars and which is close to the famous Blue Bar.
