- Pre-booking ski lessons and finding you the best instructor for your needs
- Daycare service reservations at the local ski schools
- Private airport transfers
- Helicopter transfers
- In-chalet massages and beauty treatments
- Private chef
- Pre-booking mountain guides for off-piste ski tours
- Yoga & Pilates instructors
- Cots and baby chairs on request with pre-booking
- Special food item requests
- Marking special occasions e.g. flower delivery, champagne, birthday cakes
- VIP restaurant bookings
- In-resort excursion reservations e.g. scenic helicopter flights, husky sledding…
We pride ourselves on our flexible and personalised service so if there is anything you need which is not already on this list please do not hesitate to ask and we will do our best to accommodate any special requests.
Transfers
If you’re arriving by plane we can organise hassle-free private transfers through the MV Transport transfer service who will collect you from the airport in Geneva, Lyon, Chambéry or Grenoble and take you back for your flight home. The vehicles are new, comfortable and equipped for winter conditions.The service includes equipment transfer so you can easily bring along your own skis and snowboards. Booster seats can also be made available free of charge upon request.
