Chalet Blanchot is situated near the top of the scenic Chemin du Petit Alaska, in a peaceful and idyllic part of Val d’Isère. Currently under construction and due to be completed in January 2027, this beautiful chalet combines contemporary design with a warm, traditional Alpine feel. Spread across four floors, the chalet features six en-suite bedrooms sleeping up to 12 guests, plus a cabin room accommodating an additional two guests. After a day on the mountain, guests can relax and unwind in the chalet’s indoor swimming pool and sauna or make use of the private fitness room. Chalet Blanchot is just a few minutes’ drive from both the Solaise Express lift and the centre of Val d’Isère. With our private driver service included in the price, getting to and from the slopes couldn’t be easier.

DESCRIPTION

Chalet Blanchot is a brand-new property spanning four beautifully furnished floors, currently under construction and set to welcome its first guests in January 2027. Combining contemporary design with a warm, traditional Alpine feel, the chalet boasts spectacular views and provides an idyllic retreat where you can relax and unwind after a memorable day on the slopes. The nearest pistes are just a 5-6 minute drive away and the town centre, full of vibrant bars and restaurants, is an even shorter 3-4 minute drive.

On the ground floor, you’ll find a relaxing spa area featuring an indoor swimming pool and sauna, as well as a fitness room, and a ski room with heated boot warmers. Head upstairs to the first floor, where five comfortable bedrooms are located. Four feature en-suite shower rooms, while the fifth has an en-suite bathroom, and all bedrooms benefit from their own WC. The second floor is home to a bright and spacious open-plan living and dining area, flooded with natural light through large windows. A generous dining table provides plenty of space for everyone to gather, while comfortable sofas facing the fireplace create the perfect setting to relax after a day on the slopes. The separate, fully equipped kitchen includes an oven, hob, dishwasher, fridge, freezer and microwave, as well as access to a balcony. A separate WC is also located on this floor. The top floor is dedicated to a spacious master bedroom, complete with an en-suite bathroom and shower, dressing room, private balcony and WC. Also on this floor is a cosy cabin room with two single beds (90 x 200 cm), providing additional sleeping space for two guests. The cabin room shares the WC with the master bedroom. Chalet Blanchot also benefits from a private garage located on Chemin du Petit Alaska, just a short walk from the chalet, as well as an additional parking space in front of the property.

Please note that the narrow mountain road leading to the chalet can be tricky to climb or drive up, with limited lighting and is not best suited for people with pushchairs or mobility issues. However, for added convenience, your stay at Chalet Blanchot includes a private shuttle service for transport to and from the slopes, available every day (except arrival and departure day) between 8:30 and 10am and between 4pm and 6pm. The service is limited to 2 trips per chalet each morning and evening.
